International Orders

Exchange Policy:

Due to logistical constraints, exchanges are not available on international orders.

Refund Policy:

Refunds on international orders are only considered in exceptional cases:

· The item arrived damaged or defective.

· A wrong or missing item was delivered.


In such cases, a partial refund of up to 30% of the product value may be issued, subject to management review. Photographic or video evidence of the issue is required to initiate the process.
