Yasmeen Collection is an online fashion marketplace that connects customers with independent brands and sellers. Yasmeen Collection helps customers discover products, place orders, make payments, and receive support through the platform.

Yasmeen Collection is a marketplace intermediary. This means that products listed on our platform may be supplied by third-party brands or sellers, and product availability, production, fulfillment, and certain product details may depend on those brands or sellers.

2. Eligibility to Use Yasmeen Collection

To use our website or place an order, you must:

• be legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
• provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• use the website only for lawful purposes.

We may refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders if we reasonably believe that a user has provided false information, engaged in fraud, misused the platform, or violated these Terms.

 Yasmeen Collection operates the marketplace and facilitates transactions between customers and brands/sellers. We also support order management, payment processing, and customer service.

However, because products are supplied by third-party brands/sellers, there may be situations where availability, dispatch timing, or fulfillment is affected by the brand/seller’s stock, production, or operational constraints.

Yasmeen Collection may remove products, limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel transactions where necessary for operational, legal, quality, or fraud-prevention reasons.

6. Pricing

All prices shown on Yasmeen Collection  are displayed on the product and checkout pages at the time of your order. Prices may change from time to time without notice. Promotions, discounts, and sale pricing may also change or end at any time.

When an order is placed, we charge the price shown at checkout and we clearly specify in what currency the price will be charged. If we discover a clear pricing error before processing your order, we may cancel the order and refund any payment received.

For international orders, your bank or card issuer may apply exchange rates, conversion fees, or other charges outside Yasmeen Collection control.

7. Payments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.Yasmeen Collection is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incomplete or incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.

10. International Orders and Customs

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, and similar fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Yasmeen Collection unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. The customer is responsible for complying with the import laws of the destination country and for paying any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees that may apply.

Yasmeen Collection is not responsible for delays, holds, or non-delivery caused by customs authorities or local import restrictions. Orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier, along with valid Proof of Delivery (such as tracking confirmation, delivery signature, or delivery photo), will be considered successfully fulfilled. Claims of non-receipt or stolen packages after confirmed delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

11. Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

In general:

• not all orders may be eligible for cancellation once processing has started;
• returns and exchanges are only accepted in accordance with our stated policy;
• refunds are processed only for eligible cases;

Yasmeen Collection does not guarantee that:

• every product from every brand will fit the same way;
• packaging will always appear exactly as shown.

These variations do not automatically qualify a product for return or refund unless the product is materially incorrect, defective, or otherwise eligible under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

13. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, vouchers, store credit, and special offers may be subject to additional terms.

Unless clearly stated otherwise:

• discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed;
• promotions have no cash value;
• sale price differences are not refunded after purchase.
